This is the official documentation(user guide) of the Survey Maker plugin. We are continually updating our plugin, and with each update, we are introducing new features that match the demands of the market and feedback that we receive from our clients. How to create a survey in 3 easy steps with Survey Maker
- Go to the Surveys page and build your survey by clicking on the Add New button.
- Fill out the information by giving a title, adding questions, choosing question types, and more.
- Copy the shortcode [ays_survey id="your survey id"] of the survey and paste it into any post or page.
Congrats! Your first survey is ready!
Now let’s get acquainted with the features of Survey Maker that will help you build the very survey you need.
1. Surveys
1.1 General
Configure the basic settings of your survey.
1.1.1 Title: Give a title to your survey.
1.1.2 Questions library (Pro): See questions from your other surveys. You can choose and insert them to the current survey.
1.1.3 Survey templates (Pro): Choose a template from the ones we preprepared for you (Customer Feedback, Employee Satisfaction, Event Evaluation, Product Research). These templates include some questions in them. Please note, that if you choose one of these templates, your own questions will be deleted. You can add other questions after installing the template.
1.1.4 Import questions (Pro): You can import question with .xlsx format to your survey. Question types should be written properly: radio, checkbox, select, linear_scale, star, text, short_text, number, date, matrix_scale, yes or no, range, email, name. Note, that you cannot import matrix scale and range questions.
1.1.5 Form title: Set a title to each of the sections in your survey.
1.1.6 Form description: Briefly explain what your section is going to be about.
1.1.7 Collapse section: Collapse the current section.
1.1.8 Collapse section questions: Collapse all the questions in the current section.
1.1.9 Expand section: Expand the collapsed section.
1.1.10 Duplicate section: Duplicate the current section.
1.1.11 Question: Write down a question and attach an image to it if you wish. Upload one or choose from the Media Library. Duplicate the question, delete it, or make it required if necessary.
1.1.12 Open editor: Open WP editor for more advanced editing. Here you can do advanced formatting for your question texts (bold, italic, etc.). After applying the changes, you can double click to the question textarea to continue editing or click "Open editor" again. Here you don't need any technical skills.
1.1.13 Move to section: Move this question to a specific section. You can also move questions via drag and drop.
1.1.14 Logic jump (Pro): Also known as Conditional Logic or Logic Branching.
When enabled, survey takers will go to sections based on their previous answer.

1.1.15 User explanation (Pro): Let your users write explanation about their answer(s) to the question.
1.1.16 Admin note (Pro): Leave note(s) for your users. This text will be displayed under the question answers.
1.1.17 Question ID (Pro): Here you can see this question's ID. Question ID is used in the [ays_survey_question_summary id="Your_question_ID"] shortcode (General Setting>Shortcodes>Display question summary>Shortcode).
1.1.18 Collapse: Collapse the current question.
1.1.19 Expand question: Expand the collapsed question.
1.1.20 Question type: Choose the question type from the list. (All Question Types Explained)
- Radio: A multiple-choice question with the possibility to choose one answer. Put the options in another order, add new answers, add images to each of them, or delete whichever option you need. "Add Other", and your survey takers will be allowed to add their own answers to the question.
- Checkbox (Multiple): A multiple-choice question with one or more answer possibilities. You can again reorder the options, add new ones, delete any option, and add images. "Add Other" , that is, allow your survey takers to add their own answers.
- Dropdown: A multiple-choice question allowing survey takers to choose an answer from a dropdown menu. Rearrange the answers, add or delete them, and add images if necessary.
- Linear Scale: (Pro) A question that needs to be rated with 1 to 10 scale and ranges between two extreme viewpoints. You have to define labels for 1 and for 5.
- Star Rating: (Pro) A question that needs to be rated with 1 to 5 scale stars. You have to define labels for 1 and for 5 stars.
- Paragraph: A question requiring the survey taker to type in a long answer text.
- Short text: A question that needs to be answered with a few words.
- Number: The survey taker needs to answer the question with a numeric value.
- Date: (Pro) The survey taker needs to input a date as an answer.
- Time: (Pro) The survey taker needs to input time as an answer.
- Matrix Scale: (Pro) A group of multiple-choice questions that are displayed in the form of grid. You have to fill-in the information in the row(s) and column(s). Normally, columns are used for questions, and rows for answer choices.
- Yes or No: (Pro) A question that needs to be answered either "Yes" or "No".
- Slider: (Pro) The survey taker needs to move throught the slider length to choose the answer (in scale). You need to determine the slider length, slider step length, slider minimum value and the slider defaul value beforehand.
- File Upload:

The survey taker needs to upload a file in this question.
- Allow only specific file types: You can allow only specific file types for uploading. File types available are PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF.
- Maximum file size: Choose the maximum file size.
- Email: The survey takers should fill their email address in the given field.
- Name: The survey takers should fill their names in the given field.
1.1.21 Add a question: Click on the plus (+) button on the right to add a new question. If you have more than one section, the system will ask you which section you want to add the question to.
1.1.22 Add a section: Add a new section to your survey.
After setting up your survey, don’t forget to save the changes. The Save as default (Pro) option saves the assigned settings of the current survey as default. After clicking on this button, with every new survey, the system will take the settings and the styles of the current survey. If you want to change and renew it, click on this button on another survey.
1.2 Styles
Take full advantage of the style options. Make any necessary adjustments to bring your survey design to perfection.
Survey Styles
1.2.1 Theme: Choose the theme for your survey between these two nice themes.
- Classic Light: Light background, dark text.
- Classic Dark: Dark background, light text.
- Minimal (Pro): Transparent background, dark text.
1.2.2 Survey color: Specify the main color of the survey. The borders of your survey will get the color that you set. You can also define the transparency level of a specific color.
1.2.3 Background color: Specify the background color of your survey. Define the transparency level of the chosen color.
1.2.4 Text color: Identify the text color of your survey, including the questions, the answers, and the thank you message. Again, there’s a possibility for you to make the color more transparent.
1.2.5 Button text color: Define the color of the button texts. Make it more transparent if you wish.
1.2.6 Survey width: Specify the width of your survey in pixels or in percentage. For a 100% width, leave the field blank.
1.2.7 Survey mobile width: Specify the width of your survey in pixels or percentage for mobile devices.
1.2.8 Survey max-width for mobile: Specify the maximum width of the survey container for mobile in percentage. This option will work for the screens with less than 640 pixels width.
1.2.9 Survey logo: Add logo image for survey. Click "Add image" to add.
1.2.10 Survey cover photo: Add cover image for survey. Click "Add image" to add.
1.2.11 Survey title alignment: Specify the alignment of the survey title.
1.2.12 Survey title font size: Specify the font size of the survey title.
1.2.13 Survey section title alignment: Specify the alignment of the section title.
1.2.14 Survey section description alignment: Specify the alignment of the section description.
Question Styles
1.2.15 Question font size (px): Define the font size of the survey questions in pixels.
1.2.16 Question font size on mobile (px): Define the font size of the survey questions in pixels on mobile devices.
1.2.17 Question image styles: Configure the sizing of your question image.
- Image width (px): Set the question image width in pixels. For a 100% image width, leave the field blank.
- Image height (px): Set the question height in pixels.
- Image sizing: Configure the scales of the question images.
– Cover: Resize the image so that it fills the whole container. The image may be trimmed to fit.
– Contain: Resize the image to be displayed fully.
– None: The image is not resized at all.
– Unset: The variable does not exist.
Answer Styles
1.2.18 Answer font size (px): Specify the font size of the answers in pixels.
1.2.19 Answer view: Arrange the answers by the following layouts. Note that if at least one of the answers has an image, the answers will be shown in grid layout. In this case, it won’t matter if you have chosen the list layout.

1.2.20 Answer image sizing: Define the size of the images added to the answers. Choose from the properties below:
- Cover: Resize the image to cover the whole container. The image may be trimmed to fit.
- Fill: Resize the image to cover the whole container. The image may be stretched to fit.
- Contain: Resize the image to be displayed fully.
- Scale-down: Rescale the image to be smaller than contain or none.
- None: The image is not resized.
1.2.21 Answer padding (px): Define the distance between the text and the border of the answer box in pixels․
1.2.22 Answer gap (px): Specify the gap size between answers in pixels.
1.2.23 Answer image size (px): Specify the size of answers image in pixels.
Button Styles (Pro)
1.2.24 Button background color: Specify the color of the survey buttons:
1.2.25 Button size: Specify the size of buttons in your survey:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
1.2.26 Button font-size (px): Specify the text font size inside the buttons in pixels. Note that the button size will change simultaneously with the button text size.
1.2.27 Button padding (px): Define the distance between the text and the border of the buttons in pixels.

- Top/Bottom
1.2.28 Button border-radius (px): Make the corners of the buttons rounder by setting a pixel value.
1.2.29 Custom class for survey container: Use your custom HTML class for adding your custom styles to the survey container.
1.2.30 Custom CSS: Enter your own CSS code.
1.3 Start page (Pro)
Configure your survey's start page by adding the title, description and styling it the way you want. The start page will be shown to the survey takers before displaying the survey.

1.3.1 Enable start page:Tick the checkbox if you want to add a start page to your survey. After enabling this option, a new tab will appear next to the Settings tab, where you can configure Start Page settings.
1.3.2 Start page title:Give a title to the start page.
1.3.3 Start page description:Provide some information about the survey. This will show up on the start page.

1.3.4 Background color:Specify the background color of the start page.
1.3.5 Text color:Specify the background color of the start page.
1.3.6 Custom class for start page container:Use your custom HTML class for adding your custom styles to the survey start page container.
1.4 Settings
Control the settings and take your survey building to another level with our features.
1.4.1 Survey categories: Choose the category/categories your survey belongs to.
You can choose multiple categories at once.
To create a category, go to the Categories page.
1.4.2 Survey status: Decide whether your survey is active or not. If you choose Draft, the survey won’t be shown anywhere on your website (you don’t need to remove shortcodes).
1.4.3 Show survey title: Show the name of the survey on the front-end.
1.4.4 Show section header info: When enabled, the title and the description of the section will be displayed on the front-end.
1.4.5 Enable randomize answers: Show the answers in a random sequence every time the survey takers participate in a survey.
1.4.6 Enable randomize questions: Show the questions in a random sequence every time the survey takers participate in a survey.
1.4.7 Enable clear answer button: Allow the survey taker to clear the chosen answer.
1.4.8 Enable previous button: Allow the survey taker to go back to the previous section.
1.4.9 Allow HTML in answers: Allow implementing HTML coding in answer boxes. This works only for Radio and Checkbox (Multiple) questions.
1.4.10 Enable confirmation box for leaving the page: Show a popup box whenever the survey taker wants to refresh or leave the page while taking the survey.
1.4.11 Autofill logged-in user data: After enabling this option, logged in user's name and email will be autofilled in Name and Email fields.
1.4.12 Answers numbering: Assign numbering to each answer in ascending sequential order. Choose your preferred type from the list. The options available are 1., 1), A., A), a., a).
1.4.13 Questions numbering: Assign numbering to each question in ascending sequential order. Choose your preferred type from the list.
1.4.14 Enable full-screen mode: Allow the survey to enter full-screen mode by pressing the icon located in the top-right corner of the survey container.
1.4.15 Enable live progress bar: Show the current state of the user passing the survey. It will be shown at the bottom of the survey container.
1.4.16 Enable copy protection (Pro): Disable copy functionality in the survey. The user will not be able to copy the text or right-click on it.
1.4.17 Allow collecting information of logged in users (Pro): Allow collecting information from logged-in users. Email and name of users will be stored in the database. Email options will be work for these users.
1.4.18 Expand/collapse questions (Pro): Expand/collapse questions on the front page.
1.4.19 Enable chat mode (Pro): Make your survey look like an online chat conversation. It will print each pre-set question instantly after the user answers the previous one.
1.4.20 Schedule the survey (Pro): Define the period of time when your survey will be active. When the time is due, a message will inform the survey takers about it.
- Start date: Set a date since which your survey will be active.
- End date: Set a date since which your survey will be inactive.
- Pre-start message: Write a message that will inform the survey takers about the activation of the survey.
- Expiration message: Set down a message that will inform the survey takers that they cannot take the survey anymore.
1.5 Results Settings
Set up the results page of your survey and make use of the useful functionality provided.
1.5.1 Redirect after submission: Redirect to the custom URL after the survey taker submits the survey.
- Redirect URL: Specify the URL for redirection after the survey taker submits the survey.
- Redirect delay (sec): Redirect the survey takers to the custom URL in a short time after submitting the survey. Specify the number of seconds beginning from 1.
1.5.2 Enable EXIT button: The EXIT button will be displayed on the results page and must redirect the survey taker to the custom URL.
- Redirect URL: Specify the URL for redirection. As soon as the survey taker hits the EXIT button, they will be directed to the specified URL.
1.5.3 Enable restart button: The restart button will be displayed at the end of the survey and let survey takers to restart the survey and pass it again.
1.5.4 Select survey loader: Choose the preferred loader icon which will appear
while the system calculates the results. The loader icon will take the survey text color. You can define the
latter on the Styles tab.

1.5.5 Show the Social buttons: Display social buttons for sharing survey page URL. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, VK.
- Linkedin button: Display LinkedIn social button so that the users can share the page on which your survey is posted.
- Facebook button: Display Facebook social button so that the users can share the page on which your survey is posted.
- Twitter button: Display Twitter social button so that the users can share the page on which your survey is posted.
- VKontakte button: Display VKontakte social button so that the users can share the page on which your survey is posted.
1.5.6 Show summary after submission (Pro): Show the data presented in the Summary tab(Results page) after a respondent submits the survey. It includes the total number of submissions and observation of the votes of every question displayed in charts.
1.5.7 Thank you message: Write down a thank you message to be displayed after survey submission. Add Media to the message if you wish.
1.6 Conditional Result (Pro)
Set conditions for your survey takers, to send different messages, show different result messages and redirect to different URLs after their individual responses. You can add as many conditions as you like.
Additional condintion
1.6.1 Add Condition: Click to add conditions.
- Page: Customize the Result message that will be displayed in your survey page to that specific group of people after taking the survey.
- Email: Customize the Email that will be sent to that specific group of people after taking the survey.
- Redirect: Choose the URL where you want to redirect that specific group of people after taking the survey.
1.7 Limitation Users
Control the entries your survey can receive and limit how and who you capture data from.
1.7.1 Maximum number of attempts per user: After enabling this option, you can manage the attempts count per user for taking the survey.
- Detect users by: Choose the method of user detection:
By IP – Detect the users by their IP addresses and limit them. This will work both for guests and registered users. Note: in general, IP is not a static variable, it is constantly changing when the users change their location/ WIFI/ Internet provider.
By User ID – Detect the users by their WP User IDs and limit them. This will work only for registered users. It’s recommended to use this method to get more reliable results. By Cookie – Detect the users by their browser cookies and limit them. This will work both for guests and registered users. - Attempts count (Pro): Specify the count of the attempts per user for taking the survey.
- Set custom session: If you enable this feature, you can select the frequency the users can have access to the poll after selected attempts count. For example, if you give a 1-day value to the session period, the user will have access to the poll "attempts count" times in 1-day.
- Session Period: Specify the time for one session. - See results: Display the live results of the poll to those who have already passed the poll under the given conditions.
- After clicking on the button: It will show the results after clicking on the See Results button.
- Directly: It will show the results immediately. - Message: Write the message for those survey takers who have already passed the survey under the given conditions.
- Redirect URL: Specify the URL for redirection.
- Redirect delay(s): Choose the delay on the redirect in seconds. If you set it 0, the redirection will be disabled.
1.7.2 Access only to logged-in users: After enabling this option, only logged-in users will be able to participate in the survey.
- Message: Write a message for unauthorized users.
- Show Login form: Show the login form at the bottom of the message for not logged-in users.
1.7.3 Access only to selected user role(s) (Pro): Make the survey available only for the roles mentioned in the list. By enabling this option, the Only for logged-in users option will be enabled automatically.
- User role(s): Select the role(s) of the user. You can choose multiple values.
- Message: Message for the not-selected user(s). You can add media if needed.
1.7.4 Access only to selected user(s) (Pro): Make the survey available only for the users mentioned in the list. By enabling this option, the Only for logged-in users option will be enabled automatically.
- User(s): Select the user(s). The option accepts multiple values.
- Message: Message for the not-selected user(s). You can add media if needed.
1.7.5 Password for passing survey (Pro): Provide the users with a password for taking the survey.
- General:
- Password: Specify the password for the users who can take the survey.
- Message: Write the message for users who must fill in the password for taking this survey.
- Generated Passwords:
- Passwords Count: Type down your preferred number for generated passwords and click Create. After that you will see the passwords below in a list. You need to click the small icons near the passwords in order to make them active. You can see active and used passwords in a list too.
1.7.6 Max count of takers: Choose how many users can participate in the survey.
- Count: Indicate the number of users who can participate in the survey.
1.8 E-mail (Pro)
Activate auto-responders that will keep you and the users in the know about the results.
1.8.1 Send email to user: Activate the option of sending emails to your users after taking the survey.
- Custom/SendGrid: Choose whether you want to type a custom message or send it using your SendGrid account.
- Email message: Write the message to send it out to your survey takers via email. You can use Message Variables as well.
- Send email for testing: Provide an email and click on the Send button to see what the message looks like. Note that you need to write a message on the Email message field beforehand.
1.8.2 Send email to admin: Activate this option so that the survey data can be sent to the super admin of your WordPress site.
- Admin: Send the survey results to the super admin.
- Additional emails: Provide additional email addresses that will receive the survey results. List the emails by separating them with commas.
- Email message: Provide a text message to be sent to the super admin and/or the provided additional emails. Message Variables will be of help.
- Send submission report: Send detailed submissions of the completed survey to the admin and/or the provided additional emails.
1.8.3 Email configuration: Set up the attributes of the sending email.
- From email: Specify the email address from which the results will be sent. If you leave the field blank, the sending email address will take the default value — survey_maker@{your_site_url}.
- From name: Specify the name that will be displayed as the sender of the results. If you don’t enter any name, it will be Survey Maker.
- Subject: Fill in the subject field of the message. If you don’t, it will take the survey title.
- Reply to email: Specify to which email the survey taker can reply. If you leave the field blank, the email address won’t be specified.
- Reply to name: Specify the name of the email address to which the survey taker can reply. If you leave the field blank, the name won’t be specified.
1.9 Integrations (Pro)
The possibilities of integration are plenty.
Integrate your surveys with the following applications: MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Google Sheet, Zapier, Mad Mimi, GetResponse, ConvertKit, Sendinblue, MailerLite, PayPal and Stripe.

2. Survey Categories
This page is intended for creating survey categories and for managing them. To create a category, hit the Add New button. Moreover, you can see the categories grouped by Title, Description, Survey Count, Status, and ID.2.1 Title: Set the survey category title.
2.2 Description: Provide more information about the survey category. Attach images or any other media to its description if you wish.
2.3 Category status: Decide whether the survey category is active or not. If the survey is a draft, it won’t be shown anywhere on your website (you don’t need to remove shortcodes).

3. Popup Survey (Pro)
Add amazing popup surveys to your pages/posts and engage your visitors! You will find the results in the Submissions section of your Dashboard.
After you clicked Add New:
3.1 Enable popup: Turn on the popup for the website based on your configured options.
3.2 Title: Give a title to you popup.
3.3 Select Survey: Choose the survey which you want to display within the popup from your already created list. You can search for the survey name in the field appearing
3.4 Popup width: Specify the width of your popup in pixels. This field does not accept negative numbers or zero.
3.5 Popup height: Specify the height of your popup in pixels. This field does not accept negative numbers or zero.
3.6 Show on: Select on which pages of your website you need the popup to be loaded. For the Except and Selected options, you can choose specific posts and post types.

3.7 Popup position: Specify the position of the popup on the screen.
3.8 Popup background color: Specify the background color of your popup.
3.9 Hide popup after one submission: By enabling the option, the popup will not be shown as soon as a visitor submits the survey.
3.10 Enable full-screen mode: Allow the popup to enter full-screen mode by pressing the icon located in the top-right corner of the popup container.
4. Submissions
Track the results of each of your surveys and get detailed information about who has submitted your surveys. See the Passed Users Count, the Unread Results, and the surveys classified by their ID. To go deeper into the results of a specific survey, click on its name.
Export: Select the users, surveys, start/end dates and export your submissions to CSV, XLSX, JSON files.
4.1 Summary: See the total number of submissions at the top of the page. Observe the votes of every question displayed in charts. Print the summary with the Print button.
4.2 Individual: See the individual submissions for each survey taker. Responses here cannot be edited.
You can export the individual submissions to PDF, XLSX, and print.
4.3 Submissions: See the submissions of your survey grouped by User IP, Username, User Email, Submission Date, Unique Code, and ID. Make use of the Bulk actions (Delete, Mark as read, Mark as unread) and select a user to see the submissions of that specific user. You can also see the Read and Unread submissions in separate sections, which facilitates your work. Finally, if there are too many submissions, find the exact submission you need by filling in the username, user email, or any other property on the search box.
4.4 Analytics (Pro): The survey data is carefully interpreted on the Analytics tab. See the Submission count per day and the Survey passed users by user role in charts.
Export Submissions: Filter the submissions by certain users and start/end dates, and export them to XLSX file.
5. Export / Import (Pro)
Download example for import: Download an example file to import to your plugin.
5.1 Export: Make use of the opportunity of selecting some surveys and exporting them.
- Select Surveys: Select survey(s) which you would like to export and click on the Export to JSON button at the end.
5.2 Import: If you have surveys in .json format to import, upload them at once.
- Choose file:After completing the exporting process, move to the website where you are planning to import those surveys.
Click on the Choose file button and pick the JSON file which you exported recently. Click on the Import Now button at the end.
6. General Settings
Apply necessary changes to all the surveys you've built by setting up the basic configuration settings.
6.1 General
6.1.1 Who will have permission to Survey (Pro): Enable Survey Maker only for some user
roles. Each
selected user will see only their created surveys and the results of those surveys. Note that it's only the
admin
that can see all of them.
Control the access of the plugin from the dashboard and manage the capabilities of those user roles.
- Select user role for giving access to Survey menu: Give access to the Survey Maker plugin to only the selected user role(s) on your WP dashboard. Each selected user will see only his/her created surveys and the submissions of those surveys.
- Select user role for giving access to change all survey data: Give permissions to manage all surveys and submissions to these user roles. Please add the given user roles to the above field as well.
6.1.2 Default parameters for Survey: Set default question type, answer count and textarea height for your surveys.
- Surveys default question type: You can choose default question type which will be selected in the Add new survey page.
- Answer default count: You can write the default answer count which will be showing in the Add new question page (this will work only with radio, checkbox, and dropdown types).
- Textarea height (public): Set the height of the textarea by entering a numeric value. It applies to Paragraph question type textarea.
- WP Editor height: Give the default value to the height of the WP Editor. It will apply to all WP Editors within the plugin on the dashboard.
6.1.3 Users IP addresses: Manage your users' IP addresses.
- Do not store IP addresses: After enabling this option, IP address of the users will not be stored in database. Note: If this option is enabled, then the `Limits user by IP` option will not work. This option can be used for anonymous surveys.
6.1.4 Excerpt words count in list tables: Set the word counts for survey and submission list tables.
- Survey list table: Determine the length of the surveys to be shown in the Surveys List Table by putting your preferred count of words in the following field. (For example: if you put 10, you will see the first 10 words of each survey in the Surveys page of your dashboard.
- Submissions list table: Determine the length of the submissions to be shown in the Submissions List Table by putting your preferred count of words in the following field. (For example: if you put 10,you will see the first 10 words of each submissions in the Submissions page of your dashboard.
6.1.5 Animation Top: Set parameters for top animation.
- Scroll offset(px): Define the scroll offset of the survey container after the animation starts. It works when the survey container is visible on the screen partly and the user starts the survey and moves from one question to another.
6.1.6 Send automatic email reporting to admin(s) (Pro):
- Send automatic email reporting per session: Set up automatic email reporting to inform yourself or anyone else, about the submissions of surveys. It will indicate the times of submissions all surveys will have at that given moment, will send a table which will include the names of all surveys and the number of submissions each one will have and will show the statistics of the growth/decline of the submissions in percentage.
6.2 Integrations: Integrate your surveys with several popular tools —
MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, SendGrid, GamiPress, Mad Mimi, GetResponse, ConvertKit, Sendinblue, MailerLite, PayPal and Stripe. Decide on your preferred
application and fill in all the necessary fields in order to activate the integration.

6.3 Message Variables: Copy these variables and paste them in the Thank you message, Send email to user (Pro), Send email to admin (Pro), Email configuration (Pro) to get corresponding messages.
- user_name: The name the user entered into the survey form. It will work only if the name field exists in the form.
- user_email: The E-mail the user entered into the survey form. It will work only if the email field exists in the form.
- survey_title: The title of the survey.
- questions_count: The number of the questions of the given survey.
- current_date: The date of the submission survey.
- unique_code: Use to identify the uniqueness of each attempt.

6.5 Shortcodes: Use shortcodes for different features.
6.5.1 Display survey summary: Display the summary of the current survey with a chart.
- Shortcode: Copy the given shortcode and insert it into any post or page to show the charts of the submissions of the given survey. Please change the "Your_Survey_ID" with the ID of the current survey.

6.5.2 All submission settings (Pro): Show all submissions to the users.
- Shortcode: Copy the given shortcode and insert it into any post or page to show all the submissions of the surveys.

- Show to guests too: Show the table to guests as well. By default, it is displayed only for logged-in users. So if the option is disabled, then only the logged-in users will be able to see the table. Note: Despite the fact of showing the table to the guests, the table will contain only the info of the logged-in users.

6.5.3 User history settings (Pro): Show the current user's history of passed surveys.
