All AYS Pro products are delivered only electronically. Boxed products, discs and manuals are not available.
Our Services may include fee-based subscriptions (Business and Developer packages). Our Services that may be accessed after payment are subject to payment of certain fees as determined by us, which shall be made via credit card (Visa, Master). All purchase fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified by AYS Pro. The subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, which shall be borne by you.
Customization:
We can also provide custom development services by which functionality/features are added to a product that are not included in the base installation
of a product, which is aimed to suit your specific needs.Customization
services will be provided in accordance with already mutually acceptable terms and subject to them including
full payment of all fees and adherence to all-time limits and scheduling restrictions.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your time and deadline requirements
with respect to the performance of Customization Services; however, meeting such requirements is subject to
availability of resources, both human and equipment at the time of your request and is dependent on your
availability to provide input and to perform necessary actions.
Research & Development: AYS Pro continually develops and improves its Products and Services to provide its growing community of users with novel and improved product offerings. Modifications, updates and error corrections are integral parts of the improvement of Our Products.
Shipping: After the ordering process and a new email is being sent to you with the content of your ordered link. Afterward, you do your payment and then do a purchase and then you are allowed to download the product.

Onetime payment
AYS Pro has a one-time payment mechanism. It means there is not an instant credit card charge; the AYS Pro payment system will never charge your card automatically. When your Business package license expires, you will continue to use the given version, which at that moment you will use without any further additional charges. Though you will not get the new features, support, and new compatible versions.
Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you reasonably wish to uninstall the product bought from us, you are free to contact us.
Refund requests can be accepted if they correspond to the following requirements:
- Refunds should be made during the first 30 (thirty) days.
- Before asking the refund user should clearly describe the problem and show the issue on a live website by providing links, screenshots, system log info, and more details if required by customer service.
After having sent a refund request, you will be able to get a refund within 3-5 working days. The exact time depends on the payment method, the country of residence as well as on the dates of case investigation. Please note that customers are not allowed to use plugins after completing a refund.
